Title: Piano Lessons (beginners sheet music)? Post by obi-john on Jan 29th, 2004, 4:59pm G'day just wondering if anyone out there knows of good sites with some good beginner sheet music or just some beginner tips? just picked up the piano at christmas (getting one helps in that area) and feel like I'm progressing not to badly (the dummies book is actually pretty good starter in my opinion since I don't want to pay for lessons). johnathan |

Title: Re: Piano Lessons (beginners sheet music)? Post by Nikolita on Jan 29th, 2004, 6:40pm I'm just learning too! My friend and I made a deal where I teach her guitar and she teaches me piano. I think I get the better deal out of it because she's spent years learning the piano and is ready to pass grade 10, whereas I picked up the guitar 3 years ago and pretty much taught myself. I really don't know where I would've started without someone to teach me. If you are doing ok on your own, way to go! I, myself, wouldn't mind knowing of some other resources out there. think ferociously! ~nik |

Title: Re: Piano Lessons (beginners sheet music)? Post by NeverEverAfter on Feb 8th, 2004, 6:17pm Heh . . . I have a keyboard. Got it for Christmas from Daddy. I never use it, though. The only things I can play are a really crappy version of Ode To Joy and the first eight bars of Cloud On My Tongue. |
