Title: hey, was anyone at... Post by WendY_with_a_Y on Sep 6th, 2002, 7:35pm the landmines in cambodia benefit concert on tuesday at the rivoli? sarah played 3 songs - the first one i havn't heard before (does anyone know what it is?), then she played eliot and book smart street stupid. had to wait til 1 am to hear her short set, but it was worth it. quite a different feel from her last few concerts here in toronto - it was just her and the keyboard (such a strong voice!!!) there was a woman who opened the show - jo lou? i have no idea how to even spell her name and i don't know anything about her, but she's got a really powerful voice. i'd love it if someone here knows where i could find her music... - w. |
